Access type
F : Free（Free/Open Access）
P : Paid（Charged）
Please select "F" only if it is completely available on Open Access base. Please select "P" if only part of the fee-based content is available free of charge.
If data are free/charged depending on the period, please divide the record by periods and register them as multiple entries (this will create multiple data records, but only in "Access Type" and "Range of Volumes/Issues").
Coverage depth
・Abstract : Only contains the abstract
・Fulltext : Contains full text. If it is different from the paper version (e.g. on-line version does not contain figures), please enter the details in "Coverage Notes".
・Selected Articles : Some articles contain full text, but not all of them. If it is stipulated in a policy when full text is present, please enter the details of the policy in "Coverage Notes".

* If it is not comprehensive enough to be consolidated as a journal title (i.e. there are more articles missing than available), please do not register the record.
* If there is more than a 12-month gap during which the title was published, please divide the record and register them as multiple entries (this will create multiple data records, but only in "Range of Volumes/Issues").

1) エンバーゴ期間を，タイプ（現在から一定期間のコンテンツに利用制限＝P / 一定期間より過去のコンテンツに利用制限＝R）＋期間＋単位（日＝D / 月＝M / 年＝Y）で表現します。
(例)
・1年間（カレンダー上、当該年の間）利用制限：P1Y
・12ヶ月間利用制限：P12M
・365日間利用制限：P365D
・6ヶ月前から現在まで利用可能：R6M
2) エンバーゴ開始期間と終了期間の両方が設定されているコンテンツの場合，2つの期間を記述しセミコロンでつなぎます。
（例）
・10年前から90日前まで利用可能：R10Y;P90D
If possible, enter the date of issue as well.
For digital contents such as PDF files created from paper documents,
enter the online publication date in the 「date_monograph_published_online」 field.
If the online publication date isn't available, then enter the publication date of the paper document.
